All undergraduate students who put Reading as their insurance choice are guaranteed a place in accommodation.
You will be able to apply for accommodation from Thursday 13 August 2026 (Results Day) if you have an Unconditional Firm offer with us.
Once you have officially confirmed your place at Reading, our accommodation provider will contact you with instructions on how to apply for accommodation.

Housing advice and support
If you hold an insurance offer and apply for a room after 20 August 2025, we may advise you to explore alternative accommodation arrangements. We’ll provide further information and guidance if this situation arises.
