Clearing accommodation
For applicants from 5 July to 5 August 2025

We understand that your plans may have changed, and you have recently applied to the University of Reading. To support you in this choice and enable you to successfully start your student experience, we have reserved rooms in University accommodation for students coming to Reading via Clearing.

This information is specific to applicants applying via Clearing between 5 July and 5 August 2025.

All other students should visit the Accommodation webpages.

Mackinder Hall, Stenton Hall, and Childs Hall will be undergoing planned building enhancement works during 2025/26 academic year. Explore our Planned Building Enhancements for more information.
