Summer Solstice Sound Bath

Join us again this year in the beautiful and unique Harris Garden for our Summer Solstice Sound Bath amongst the trees.

A truly special evening where you will be bathed in the healing sounds of Piano, Voice, Crystal bowls, Gongs, Drums and more.

You will be guided into relaxation using Yoga Nidra (a passive relaxation technique- no yoga experience required!) and then have the opportunity to sink into the beautiful sounds of sacred instruments amongst the birdsong and wind in the trees.

The Summer Solstice marks the point of greatest light and expansion- do come and join us for this evening of mindfulness, connection and wellbeing.
