Biography
Steve Alexander graduated from University of Reading in 1984 and has spent his career in the financial services industry working in investment banking operations. Steve has led teams across Europe, Asia and North America, in roles which have encompassed driving technology based process efficiencies, delivery of high quality client service, compliance performance into regulators, cost control management and people leadership across international locations. Steve is also a mentor and coach, supporting colleagues in achieving their full potential. Steve’s wife works in the food flavour industry and his daughter graduated in 2022 to start her career as a primary school teacher. Steve enjoys listening to music, theatre, reading, walking, playing golf and is a committee member of his local community association, as well as being a season ticket holder at Leyton Orient Football Club.
