The Student Experience & Education Directorate, led by Alexandra Slater, comprises three departments within the University.
Student Services
Student Services is the home of student support teams, services, and advice for students at Reading.

Centre for Quality Support & Development (CQSD)
CQSD supports:
Our Student Outcomes team within CQSD uses data and student insights to understand disparities in student success – such as in retention rates (continuation gaps) and rates of good degrees (awarding gaps) – and works with staff to identify steps to close them.

Campus Commerce provides core services for students, staff and visitors at the University of Reading, including:
