CQSD supports:

• the development of teaching and learning across the University, including technology enhanced learning
• the quality assurance of, and development of policy for, teaching and learning
• the professional development of all staff involved in teaching and learning.

Our Student Outcomes team within CQSD uses data and student insights to understand disparities in student success – such as in retention rates (continuation gaps) and rates of good degrees (awarding gaps) – and works with staff to identify steps to close them.

Campus Commerce provides core services for students, staff and visitors at the University of Reading, including:
