Your learning environment
You will learn from academics who are conducting world-class research within global development as well as in applied economics and law. Current research, policy and practice examples are used throughout the course, and many modules include external seminar speakers. You can also extend your learning by joining department and research division talks and events.
You will receive module selection guidance from our programme coordinators at the start of your studies to ensure your choices fully reflect your learning needs. You will also be able to discuss the option of undertaking a placement during Semester 2 to complete a Reflective Practice Report.
Class sizes vary by module, but emphasis is always placed on good contact with lecturers. You will learn in a supportive and inclusive environment where academic staff are approachable, accessible, and committed to helping you succeed.
