#PlanetPartners: working with global partners to protect the environment 

  • Professor Nigel Arnell (Meteorology) is quoted by The Guardian, Yahoo!, Carbon Brief, and Newsbreak on changing the definition of UK heatwaves as they become more frequent. 
  • Forbes reports on new research from the University on the relationship between forest loss in India and climate change, quoting lead author of the study, PhD researcher Alice Haughan. Read our news story.
