COVID-19: expert comment on the pandemic

  • Dr Simon Clarke (Biological Sciences) is quoted by The Sun (in print) on the effect of tougher restrictions on Covid mortality rates, and by Big World Tale on the possibility of the combination of Covid variants.
  • Professor James Reade (Economics) is quoted by News 18, Urdu Point, Deccan Herald, and others on the consequence of Covid on the performance of athletes. 
  • Professor Ian Jones (Biological Sciences) is quoted by Big World Tale on dismissing anti-vaxxer conspiracy.
