#PlanetPartners: working with global partners to protect the environment 

  • Dr Ella Gilbert (Meteorology) is quoted by The Guardian, Yahoo!, and Pedfire on the impact of climate change on the frequency and extremity of weather events, and by the Independent, Yahoo!, Newscabal, and others on the role of renewable and diverse energy and technologies. 
  • Professor Martin Lukac (Agriculture) is quoted by the Independent, Yahoo!, and others on the value of planting trees.
  • Dr Sarah Cardey (Agriculture) spoke to BBC Radio Berkshire about impacts of climate change on crops, and role of fair trade for farmers at the frontlines of the climate crisis.
