If you are an undergraduate or postgraduate taught student and your programme offers optional modules, you will be required to select these online each year.  There are some programme exceptions where it is not possible to select modules online, where this is the case, you will be contacted directly to your university email account providing instructions on what you need to do to select your modules.  Answers to questions you may have about module selection.  Please log into RISIS to check the requirements of your programme.

The deadline for changing Semester 1 and 2 optional modules for 2024/2025 has now closed for all programmes.

For all returning students who will be taking modules in the 2025/2026 academic year, the follow dates apply:

Module browsing is available on RISIS from Monday 14 April 2025 09:00 hrs (UK time) to view modules available on your programme.

You will be able to make your online module selections on RISIS from Tuesday 22 April 2025 at 09:00 hrs (UK time) and closing on Thursday 1 May 2025 at 23:59 hrs (UK time).
