The Strategic Action Plan: how are we implementing it?

Based on staff and student feedback, higher education sector developments and financial challenges facing the University, the Executive Board has developed a Strategic Action Plan to implement the University’s Strategy.

This includes key projects and workstreams aimed at delivering on at least one of the principles and key performance indicators between now and the University’s centenary in 2026. This tracker provides an overview of progress on each of these projects or workstreams.

UEB meets once a month to review progress and this tracker will be updated regularly.

Several of these projects fell under the Strategic Foundations Programme (SFP), which emerged from the work carried out as part of our Post-COVID-19 Response Programme to respond to the immediate financial challenges posed by the pandemic.
