Portfolio Review Project implementation survey

The Portfolio Review Project (PRP) team are inviting colleagues to provide feedback on their experience of the project’s implementation through a quick survey.
The survey focuses on how the project was delivered and how the project team engaged with stakeholders.
There is ongoing work to embed and evaluate the principles and outcomes over specific timescales, and this will be followed up with staff at a later date.
You can complete the PRP implementation survey online on MS Forms.
Input from any teams within academic schools and professional services who were directly affected by the implementation phase of the project is extremely valuable for the team to review the success of the project implementation.
It will also be used to consider how the University can improve its approach to large institutional project planning in the future.
Please do take 5-10 minutes to engage with the survey before 17:00 on Friday 22 November, and encourage others in your team to do the same. You can complete it anonymously if you choose.
