New exercise classes to benefit SportsPark users

New exercise classes have been added at the SportsPark to create a more inclusive experience and reduce waiting lists.
Additional sessions have been added for popular group classes, such as Pilates, while brand new ones include Bollywood Dancing and Ashtanga Flow Yoga.
Also added are staff-only, student-only classes and women-only sessions, in response to feedback from users who say they prefer to exercise in these groups.
The rollout is part of the SportsPark’s newly-launched Sports and Active Wellbeing Vision, which is aiming to boost participation and make sport and exercise a bigger part of everyday life at Reading.
The new classes, and many others, are available to book now on the SportsPark website. They will be continually reviewed to ensure they reflect user demand.
