Volunteer at Graduation

Volunteers are being sought to help as marshals at the Summer Graduation ceremonies on Tuesday 16, Wednesday 17, Thursday 18, Friday 19, Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24 July.

If you are interested in supporting this event and helping on the day please complete the Volunteering form online. 

There will be a maximum of four ceremonies each day (with a shorter three ceremony day on Tuesday 16 July). You can also see the ceremony schedule on the Graduation webpage.

Marshals would be needed for a range of different shift times between the hours of 09:00 - 19:00 on Tuesday 16 July and 07:15 - 19:00 from Wednesday 17 - Friday 19 and Tuesday 23 - Wednesday 24 July. The timings and locations would vary depending on the role allocated. The focus is on arranging shorter shifts in the first instance to ensure as many people can help as possible, but full day shifts would still be available to those that can offer this. If required, robes will be hired for you.
