Applications are invited for the vacant Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Academic Planning and Resource) role at the University.
This key University Executive Board position is being advertised internally only.
Pro-Vice-chancellor Professor Dominik Zaum has been in the role on an interim basis since the departure of Professor Mark Fellowes in August.
Details about the position and how to apply are on the online job advert. The deadline for applications is 12 November.
An online information session for those interested in applying for the role, hosted by the Vice-Chancellor Robert Van de Noort, will take place on Thursday 2 November from 10.00-11.00.
The session will allow those interested in applying to find out more about the role and ask questions. A recording of the session will be available on request after this date.

About the role
The Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Academic Planning and Resource) is responsible for the successful organisation and deployment of academic staffing and resourcing across the University, in line with strategic priorities.
They will have line management responsibility for all Heads of School and will co-chair the University-wide Planning Process.
The successful candidate will become a member of the University Executive Board and report to the Vice-Chancellor.
In keeping with the University’s commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce, a part-time or job share arrangement would be considered.
Closing and interview dates
