Apply for funds to support student international activities
06 March 2023
The national application round for the Turing Scheme - a funding scheme supporting student mobility - has opened.
The University has until early April to submit our institutional application to secure funds to support student mobility in the 2023/24 academic year.
The Turing Scheme can support students undertaking international student activities of a minimum of four weeks, maximum 12 months duration, taking place between 1 September 2023 and 31 August 2024.
Participants can be undergraduate, taught postgraduate or doctoral levels. The only destinations which are ineligible are our branch campuses in Malaysia and South Africa.
The institutional application will be managed by the Erasmus & Study Abroad Office, and they are seeking data and information from Schools about any planned activities which might be eligible to receive funds. These might include international field trips, work placements, research placements or volunteering.
Please contact the Erasmus & Study Abroad Office if you want to learn more about Turing, discuss plans or ideas, or would like to apply for funds. The deadline to do so is 17 March 2023.
