Network service outages being investigated

DTS colleagues are working to resolve intermittent network service outages affecting services such as printing, the RISIS student record portal and WREN Estates work requests.
The issues are also affecting some other services, including those accessed remotely through Frame.
A cyber attack has been ruled out.
Latest updates
DTS colleagues have resolved these issues and so all services, including Frame virtual desktop, have been running as normal again over the weekend.
Issues with printing, which were still being experienced by some colleagues on Monday, have now also been resolved. This was a separate issue to that experienced on Friday.
What to do
Colleagues are encouraged to report any ongoing issues to the IT Service Desk so DTS can track affected services and respond.
Anyone still experiencing printing issues is asked to provide details of the device they are working on, together with screenshots of any error messages, to allow DTS colleagues to investigate the specific set-up.
