Practical strategies for developing resilience will be shared at a webinar for colleagues this week.
The one-hour webinar, titled Personal Resilience, is being run by our Employee Assistance Programme provider Confidential Care on Friday 30 September 2022 at 10am.
The webinar will be hosted Eliza Cooper. She will cover:
- What is resilience and what is it not?
- The benefits of greater resilience.
- Practical strategies for developing resilience in ourselves for long-term success.
Colleagues can register for the free session online.
Confidential Care also has help sheets on building resilience and emotional resilience available.
