Creative thinking among new development courses

A new programme of learning opportunities available to colleagues at the University has been published, including some brand new courses.
The latest guide from People Development includes a new session on how to harness creative thinking and innovation and another to help managers handle difficult conversations with confidence by watching and directing actors performing imagined scenarios.
Colleagues can now browse the full Learning & Development Opportunities programme and book themselves onto course dates to aid their professional development. Some require agreement from your line manager.
There are also nearly 200 online courses on UoRLearn, covering a host of different themes and skills, that can be completed flexibly.
