Black History Month - mental health webinar

Facilitated by Dr. Yvonne Williams, a psychotherapist and psychotherapeutic artist with over 15 years' experience working with people from both corporate and public sector, this webinar will focus on the themes of power, freedom and control. Dr Williams has researched the impact of systemic racism on mental health, using a method that redresses power, freedom and control in order to empower and re-build confidence, self-esteem and self-worth in black participants and herself.
