Annual leave balance error

We aware that some colleagues' annual leave balances are showing incorrectly on Employee Self Service.
The issue seems to be impacting those colleagues whose annual leave entitlement is calculated in hours and who carried over some of their leave to the new annual leave year, which started on 1 October.
Colleagues across HR are working with our system provider on a resolution to this error. In the meantime, leave can be booked and approved in the usual way, however, please be aware that leave entitlement may be incorrectly displayed in the meantime.
If you are a line manager and approve annual leave requests for any members of your team, please be aware that their leave balances may be incorrect. You may wish to discuss this with your team if applicable.
Earlier this week, annual leave balances were also showing incorrectly for some colleagues whose entitlement is calculated in days. This issue has now been resolved.
