Industrial action commencing Wednesday 23 March

The University & College Union (UCU) has notified the University of industrial action in the form of a strike to take place from Wednesday 23 March to Tuesday 29 March 2022.

In particular, colleagues should note the new arrangements to notify the University of their participation in the industrial action.  Notification can now be made using an online Strike Notification Form following each period of strike action.

In addition to the strike days noted above, the UCU have also notified the University that they are holding a ballot in respect of further Industrial Action including strike action and Action Short of Strike (ASOS).  The ballot opens on 16 March 2022 and closes on 8 April 2022.
