Grant funding from Friends of the University
23 March 2022
Do you have a project which would benefit from a Friends of the University grant?
If so, the charity Friends of the University of Reading are accepting submissions for projects requiring funding, with grants available up to £2,000. Proposals are especially welcomed for projects which will enhance University-community relations and/or help student or staff extra-curricular activities.
To apply, simply send a short email describing your project and the amount requested to thefriends@reading.ac.uk by Saturday 30 April. Please note that we give grants only to organisations, not to individuals.
After submitting your idea, a member of the charity will let you know if your project is eligible or if more information is required. Final decisions will be made in the last week of May 2021 and applicants will be informed promptly.
If you have any queries, please contact Grants Officer, Annette Haworth, on 0118 926 8994 or by emailing thefriends@reading.ac.uk.
