2020-21 Diversity and Inclusion Annual Report published

The University publishes equality and diversity data annually to assess the progress made, challenges faced and actions needed going forward to achieve our diversity and inclusion objectives and in line with our statutory duty under the Equality Act.
This takes the form of 2 main reports - the annual Gender Pay Gap Report (which will be published at the end of March 2022) and the annual Diversity and Inclusion Report.
Our 2020-21 Diversity and Inclusion Report was published on Thursday 27 January 2022. You can read the Annual D&I Report here. It can also be found on our D&I webpages.
This report summarises actions, activities and work done over the year in review and priorities for the coming year and this year includes our new D&I targets to take us towards 2026. It looks at these in relation to both staff and students.
