DTS Survey - share your views

Colleagues are invited to share their views on what they want from their Digital Technology Services (DTS) team and rate the IT support they have received in the 2022 annual DTS Survey.
Previous years’ feedback has allowed the DTS team to implement the popular Teaching and Learning priority phone line for solve urgent issues for those about to teach, the IT Status Hub, a new phone system that has a call-back function and tells callers their place in the queue, a wider selection of self-help guides, and a campus-wide Wi-Fi refresh, among other initiatives.
Feedback received this year will be used to implement further improvements as well as hosting roadshows, focus groups and workshops to allow colleagues to shape the way forward. Further details of this will be shared via the DTS website in 2023.
The survey will remain open until the Christmas break.
