Annual leave balance error update

Annual leave balances displayed on the Employee Self Service site are now correct for most colleagues, after an error affecting some accounts was largely resolved.
For a small number of accounts – particularly those whose annual leave is calculated in hours – the issue is more complex, and so some colleagues will still see an incorrect annual leave balance.
The HR team is working with our system provider on fully resolving the issue and we will provide further updates as they are available.
Annual leave can continue to be booked as normal in the meantime. Line managers should be aware that some colleagues’ balances may be incorrect. Please contact Human Resources with any questions.
Please be assured that any outstanding annual leave carried over from 2021/22 will remain on colleagues’ balances, but should still be used as soon as possible.
