The Research Deans play a critical leadership role in the implementation of our research and innovation strategy, development of our research culture, fostering of collaborations across disciplines, and development of external partnerships. If you have a strong track record of leadership, a genuine interest in developing collaborative and sector-leading practices across our University and demonstrable experience of encouraging greater diversity and inclusion, we would encourage you to apply.
As we embark on implementing the new strategy, these roles require leadership that fosters a culture where colleagues feel valued, are encouraged to continue making positive contributions, challenged when required, and provided opportunity and support to achieve their potential.
