Staff development opportunities 2021-2022

People Development are pleased to offer a new and varied programme of learning and development opportunities for the upcoming academic year.

Open Programme courses covering a wide range of topics are available to book via UoRLearn.

Sessions are 90 minutes unless specified, and video trailers have more information for most courses.

There are a huge range of bite sized e-learning modules too, that can be accessed at any time without having to book. Simply browse to see what there is and launch a course at your convenience.

Many offerings will still be provided online during the autumn term to maximise accessibility and ensure delivery.

Additional offerings will be available in 2022 including Recruitment and Selection, Springboard, RISE@UoR and New Line Managers Induction.
