07 October 2021
Sunday 10 October is World Mental Health Day!
Mental health applies to us all, and it is essential that we all take steps to look after our mental wellbeing just as we do for our physical health. To help you do so we have the following resources available to help all University colleagues:
- Employee Assistance Programme – called Confidential Care, this is an independent, free, confidential support and counselling service which is run by CIC. Available 24/7, 365 days of the year.
- Well Online – a portal and app offering information and advice.
- Wellbeing Peer Support Network – a network of trained staff volunteers who are a first point of contact if you are experiencing poor wellbeing, a mental health issue or emotional distress.
- Wellbeing Map – ways to boost wellbeing at Whiteknights campus, including suggested walking routes
- Our Health and Wellbeing pages also have a wide range of resources to help:
