Survey on the impact of the pandemic on staff with childcare responsibilities

The Parent and Family Network has created a survey to investigate the impact that lockdowns, and particularly the associated school/nursery closures, have had on colleagues with childcare responsibilities over the last year. We want to hear about your experiences and the things that you have found most challenging and most encouraging during this time.

The survey is open to all members of the University with childcare responsibilities, whether they are a member of the Parent and Family Network or not - it will close on Friday 26 March, so if you'd like to take part, please take a few moments to complete it by the end of the working week.

All responses will be anonymous and we will share our findings from the survey with University leadership in order to provide insight into how to support staff with childcare responsibilities through future policy and practice.
