University Executive Board responds to open letter from RUSU
21 January 2021
The University Executive Board (UEB) has responded to an open letter recently submitted by members of the Reading University Students' Union (RUSU).
In their letter, the RUSU student officers - Rachel Osborne, Rachel Wates, Bandy Karki, George Ingram and Alex Rose - addressed a number of concerns raised by students relating to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, including tuition fees, private accommodation, exams and assessment, and the overall student experience.
Members of the UEB carefully considered the concerns raised in the letter, and have responded with a letter which can be viewed via this link. This letter has been published on Essentials and is available for all students to view.
We're very grateful to RUSU for bringing these issues to our attention, and will continue to work with them to support our students during these difficult times.
