To take part, simply use this joining link on the day - you may need to enter the password wellbeing to join the session.
CIC webinars cover a wide range of wellbeing topics, with each session offering practical advice that can be easily applied to all kinds of roles and working situations. Participants are usually able to submit questions to the presenters and jump into discussions via a live chat panel, which in itself can be a great way of gathering additional tips and advice about the topic being discussed. We hope this session will be especially helpful as many of us continue to work from home.
