Essential IT maintenance this weekend

Colleagues are reminded that our DTS will carry out essential maintenance on our server equipment this weekend (Saturday 18 December).
Work is expected to start at 09:00 and could continue until 18:00.
Office 365 will not be impacted and colleagues should be able to use Outlook and work on documents on SharePoint. The VPN will also be unaffected.
The following will experience a brief one-off period of downtime during the day:
- Cortech
- Wren
- Kinetic
- AppsAnywhere
Services below may experience more short outages as different systems are worked on:
- RISIS
- Trent
- EDMS
- Campus Cards
- Sateon
Please let DTS know as soon as possible if this impacts on any planned work or activities.
