Join the latest research seminar in a series organised jointly by the University of Reading and the Natural History Museum (NHM).
March’s seminar is titled How shall we respond to the climate and biodiversity crisis? Assessing and adapting to complex environmental risks. It will be presented by Professor Tom Oliver, Research Dean for Environment, and Professor Ros Cornforth, Director of Walker Institute at the University.
The seminar will cover the impacts of climate change and biodiversity loss on the environment, society and our health, and provide examples of work informing international policy responses.
The seminar will be held at the Natural History Museum's Flett Theatre, South Kensington, London, SW7 5BD. Attendees can also join online.

The seminar series is intended to highlight and support collaborative, interdisciplinary research on global environmental challenges.
Throughout 2024, six cross-institutional seminars on topics of sustainability, biodiversity, and environmental challenges will be presented by researchers from both institutions who have successfully received funding for large, interdisciplinary projects.
All the seminars are hybrid and recordings will be available.
