EAP webinar: Celebrating our Differences

The latest free webinar from our Employee Assistance Programme, Confidential Care (CiC), will explore how important and impactful it can be to appreciate the richness that differences bring to our workplaces.

Embracing diversity and fostering inclusivity is pivotal to building equality and fairness in life and in the workplace. It fosters a psychologically safe environment to all based on respect.

The session will look at how to build bridges of understanding, promote empathy and create environments that celebrate the unique strengths each individual brings.

The webinar will be presented by Arva Valika, CiC Head of Operations, who has many years of clinical and operational experience within mental health and financial wellbeing.
