World Mental Health Day webinar

Our Employee Assistance Programme provider (Confidential Care) is running an hour-long webinar in recognition of World Mental Health Day on 10 October.

The webinar will be looking at the theme of World Mental Health Day this year: 'Mental health is a universal right'. It will discuss what this means to us and how we can understand and support the mental health needs of ourselves and others.
