Hospitality information drop-in sessions

Colleagues that book catering for meetings and events are invited to join Venue Reading at their regular drop in sessions for colleagues to meet the team (with tea and cake).
The sessions will be organised at various times of the year, so you can be kept up to date on any changes with anything to do with hospitality on our campuses.
The first drop in sessions take place on Thursday 23 November, in the Meadow Suite, Park House.
There are two sessions available to book:
- 10:00-11:00 (10:00-10:45 presentation and questions, followed by refreshments).
- 11:00-12:00 (Refreshments to start, followed by presentation and questions from 11:15).
The team would love to see you there! To attend, please sign up by 10 November.
The first drop in will include an update on our new menus, how to organise your catering, and more importantly offer you the chance to meet the Venue Reading Team over some refreshments, and breakout cakes from the new menu.
Future sessions will be organised for February, May/June and September 2024.
