An Evening with Caroline Nokes MP

As part of a series of events celebrating International Womens Day, The Rt Hon Caroline Nokes, MP, will be joining us to talk about her work as Chair of the Women and Equalities Select Committee and its recent inquiry into the impact of menopause in the workplace.

In Summer 2022, the Committee warned that highly qualified women were being pushed out of the workplace as a result of menopause discrimination, and called for new laws that would require employers to make reasonable adjustments for menopausal employees.
