Staff communication: Help us improve

Colleagues are invited to share what they like and dislike about the Staff Portal, In Brief newsletter and other staff engagement channels to help improve them.
A survey, launched by the Staff Engagement team in April's In Brief newsletter, can be filled out on Microsoft Forms until Friday 28 April.
It asks colleagues to give their thoughts anonymously on how easy it is to find information they need, which communication channels they prefer and why, and what would improve their experience.
Colleagues can also volunteer to take part in a Staff Portal user experience workshop by emailing communications@reading.ac.uk. The workshop will invite feedback on navigating the Portal and any elements that hinder users.
Feedback received during this consultation will be used to implement changes and improvements to staff communication and methods over the coming months, in order to make them work better for colleagues.
