New lost property system

A new lost property system is being rolled out across campus, which will help return more lost items to their owners.
This intuitive and user-friendly system will make it easier for colleagues, students and visitors to report and relocate lost items.
How it works
To report an item, either visit the Campus Services Reception webpage or scan one of the QR codes you’ll see around campus. You will then be asked to provide details of the item you have lost or found.
Once an item is reported as missing or found, the system will actively help match items to their owners. Users will receive regular updates on how this is going.
When an item is matched, users will be given a unique reference and will be guided with arranging a collection at a convenient time.
Lost property is kept in the Palmer Building for safekeeping. If you come across an item that is likely lost property, please bring it to the Palmer Building reception between 10.00 and 14.00, Monday to Friday.
