Imposter Syndrome – What is it and how can I overcome it?

Hosted by the Women@Reading Network, this event is being run by BWA to raise awareness around domestic abuse, with a focus on coercive control and what that is. 
 
During the session we will explore how coercive and controlling relationships develop and why people can find it difficult to leave an abusive relationship. The session will also cover what support is available and how individuals/peers/line managers can help with supporting those who disclose to us such as signposting to sources of help.
