Neurodivergent opportunities

Careers support and opportunities for students recognising as neurodivergent

This is your space for disabled and neurodivergent events and specialist careers support.

Read more on disability and inclusivity to find out how you are protected by the law and supported by specialist organisation and schemes established to aid your job search.

You can access specialised support by making an appointment with a Careers Consultant on MyJobsOnline.

The Careers Service has partnered with Employ-Ability, an inclusion driven not-for-profit organisation that specialises in supporting disabled students and graduates (including neurodivergent and mental health). Employ-Ability run 3 training sessions a semester via zoom.

Bridging the disability employment gap - the biggest employment gap of any social group in the UK.

Apply for an internship today!

To be eligible for an internship you must meet both of the following criteria:

  • You must be one of the following:
  • A student on a gap year, with an unconditional offer to study at a UK university
  • Currently studying at a UK university
  • Be a recent graduate of a UK university (graduation year of 2020 or sooner)
  • You must have received/be in receipt of Disabled Students Allowance (DSA)

If you do not meet this specific criteria, but still consider yourself eligible for the programme, reach out to a member of our team at contact@ablfoundation.co.uk
