This programme is designed for international students. If you want to study quantity surveying at a British university but don’t have the correct qualifications, our four-year BSc Quantity Surveying with International Foundation Year programme enables you to undertake an undergraduate quantity surveying degree.
You will complete a foundation year (called Year 0) before progressing onto our three-year BSc Quantity Surveying degree. This means you can apply for a single four-year visa that covers the whole duration of your studies.

New UK/Republic of Ireland students: £9,535 per year for 2025/26 then fixed per year at this fee for the standard duration of your bachelor's level study.
New international students: £22,500 per year for 2025/26 then rising to £29,950 per year for the standard duration of your bachelor's level study.

The vast majority of our graduates move into careers in quantity surveying, although some choose to move into other construction roles such as project management, construction management or cost consultancy. Alternatively, you can choose to move on to postgraduate study.
Overall, 98% of graduates from Construction Management and Engineering are in work or further study within 15 months of graduation; of those in full-time employment, 97% are in graduate-level roles (Based on our analysis of HESA data © HESA 2024, Graduate Outcomes Survey 2021/22; includes first degree Construction Management and Engineering responders).
