January
- Action: Ensure your contact details on RISIS are up to date.
February
- Expression of Interest emails sent by Friday 21 February 2025.
March
- Action: Complete the (STEP 1) Expression of Interest process (Deadline: Sunday 9 March 2025).
- Action: Inform us of any disability or mobility issues so we can make suitable arrangements.
April
- Formal Registration emails sent including specific date and time of your ceremony by Friday 4 April 2025.
May
- Action: Check for and clear any outstanding debts (Deadline: Friday 2 May 2025).
- Action: Complete the (STEP 2) Formal Registration process (Deadline: Monday 5 May 2025)During Formal Registration, check how your name will appear on your certificate and request a name change if required. In addition, inform us of any disability, mobility or any other accessibility concerns about your ceremony. Wheelchair spaces must be booked in advance.
- Action: International students only: After completing Formal Registration, request visa support letter if required.
- Action: (STEP 3) Hire your academic dress (cap, hood and gown) (Deadline: Friday 30 May 2025).
June
- All final results including decisions on accepting exit awards must be submitted by Schools to the Exams Office no later than 12:00 on Wednesday 16 June 2025.
- Publication of provisional results for finalists (UG and PG) by 15:00 on Monday 30 June 2025.
- PGR students only: Examiners' confirmation of final Postgraduate Research award results must be submitted to the Doctoral Examinations Officer by 15:00 on Monday 30 June 2025 (PGR Students).
- Action: Download and save any files on your student account (Access is lost after graduation) (Recommended Deadline: Monday 30 June 2025).
July
- Post Results Exceptional Circumstances (PREC) deadline for finalists (UG and PG) (Deadline: Friday 4 July 2025).
- Action: PGR students only: Submit your PGR electronic thesis to via the CentAUR system (centaur@reading.ac.uk) (Deadline: By 16:00 on Friday 4 July 2025).
- Publication of confirmed results for finalists (UG and PG) by 15:00 on Friday 11 July 2025.
- Appeal Submission deadline (Deadline: 15:00 on Friday 18 July 2025).
- Graduation Ceremonies: Tuesday 22 - Wednesday 30 July 2025.
