Essentials The Important Stuff Values and Behaviours Tackling harassment

Welcome to Tackling Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Training

This course is designed to empower learners with the skills and knowledge to prevent, identify, and respond to harassment, hate and sexual misconduct. By promoting a culture of awareness, support, and accountability, we aim to create a safer and more respectful environment for everyone within the university community.

Please allow 2 hours to take the training which can also be broken down into 4 modules at 25 minutes each.

This course will introduce you to key concepts around harassment, hate, and sexual misconduct in a university setting. Across four modules you will explore how harmful behaviours occur and are normalised, how to respond to disclosures with empathy, and how you can contribute to a safer, more inclusive campus while maintaining your own wellbeing.

By completing this course, you are playing your part in creating a safer and more inclusive campus.
