- Recipes – browse hundreds of recipes designed to improve your mental and physical health
- Peace of Mind podcast – discover the collection of podcasts on topics such as movement, managing tress, fostering connections, talking about mental health and more

The Wisdom app is available in 240 languages. You can also live chat or video call with trained mental health professionals via the app in 240 different languages, and access high quality interpreters and translation services. This enables you to access the support you need, in your preferred language.
