The Support Centres are your first point of contact for all questions, help or advice throughout your time at the University, providing you with the support you need to be successful in your studies and beyond.
The Centres are staffed by Student Support Coordinators who are able to advise you or point you in the right direction for a range of academic and non-academic issues.

Opening hours for enquiries
Face-to-face Enquiries
• The opening hours for face-to-face enquiries at the Earley Gate and Edith Morley Support Centres are 10am-3pm Monday to Friday.
Telephone Enquiries
• During Welcome Week and Weeks 1-3, students can contact your Student Support Centre by telephone between 10am-5pm.
• From Week 4 onwards, telephone support will be available between 10.30am-4pm.
Please note that the front desk at the JJT Support Centre is closing temporarily. If you have been assigned to JJT please go to the Edith Morley front desk instead.
