Welcome to Thrive
Thrive mentoring is our flagship mentoring programme at the University of Reading, which aims to support our students in gaining career clarity through connecting with a Thrive mentor. The programme has been running since 2014, achieving University of Reading’s Collaborative Award for Outstanding Contributions to Teaching and Learning, and nominated for the Research Informed Practice Award for Excellence from AGCAS during this time.
