Key and access card replacement

On arrival you would have been issued with a key and/or a door card to your room. These are your responsibility. Under no circumstances should you give your key/card to anyone else.

What do I do if I lose my key/card?

If you lose your key or card you must report the loss to the Halls Hotline on 0800 029 1984 or to your Group Reception.

What do I do if I’m locked out of my accommodation?

If you are locked out of your room, please contact the Halls Hotline on 0800 029 1984 and a member of the Security team will assist you.

Is there a charge for lockouts and/or key replacements?

Yes, a charge of £5.37 will be deducted from your damage deposit for each call out due to lockouts and lost keys/cards.

If you find the lost key/card, you can return this to your Group Reception within seven days to avoid a charge.
